April 2015: EWI InterKnit Letter From the Director

"In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now.” Philippians 1: 4 and 5 (NIV)

We are so thankful for each one of you as you pray and as you encourage this ministry. Our international partners ask, more than for anything else, that we pray for them. We have had the privilege of hearing how God is blessing their work and building His church. Many are coming to faith, leaders are being trained, children are being cared for and various projects are underway for the benefit of the communities. In spite of increasing hostility to the preaching of the gospel, God has protected those we serve. Please do continue to pray for them as they face frequent harassment.

Read on for updates on the ministries of several of our partners during the first quarter of 2015. We also share the testimony of a former resident of the Jehovah Shammah Children's Home as well as several current items for praise and prayer.

What a privilege it is for us to continue to come alongside those who are faithfully sharing the good news of the gospel with people who have never heard. Our international partners are serving in places where the good news has barely penetrated and where many live without hope in this life or the next.

Click here to read this year's Christmas letter from Annette Jones, EWI's Executive Director, to learn how you might be able to help us meet current needs of our partners, encourage them in their ministries, and help ensure that those they serve are fed both physically and spiritually.
