This site is best viewed in a current generation browser that supports CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) and JavaScript at a screen resolution of 1024*768 pixels, or greater. The webmaster regularly checks operation using both Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 6.0 (or higher) and Mozilla FireFox Versions 1.5 & 2.0 (or higher). Other current browsers should provide quite satisfactory results.

This site was formerly hosted on a shared server hosted by a large web hosting company. Performance in that environment became unacceptable. On December 18, 2006 the site was moved to a Virtual Private Server at another hosting company. Details are available from the Webmaster.

The software supporting this site is, since mid-October, 2007, Drupal 5.x, a current version of this open source content management system. Additional facilities are provided by the following products:
